Hmmmm Transmission Oil is not something you usually need to replentish often?

If you DO need that here it is: ATF+4庐 must always be used in vehicles that were originally filled with ATF+4庐.

Additionally, ATF+4 can be used to top off vehicles that used ATF+3, ATF+2, or ATF+.What kind of transmission oil should i use for a 2003 dodge neon?
Assuming you are talking about an automatic transmission, you need to use only ATF+3 or AFT+4 in a Chrysler product.

Use of the wrong fluid will cause transmission failure
Chrysler ATF+4 or equivalent.
atf 3 or 4 just depends on what you can get your hands on, just dont mix
