You should try to see if it was synthetic or reg oil. You really don't want to mix them. I would stick with original Harley primary lube, that is most likely what has in it.

Amsoil recommends 20-50 for all applications and you can get it at www.foreveryoungsynthetics.com . I use Amsoil in all my vehicles. Amsoil is a extended drain interval doubling the OEM miles in engine or one year, double the miles in trans and primary. Same goes for engine in your vehicle
i also use amsoil in everything on my bike. if you have a Fleet Farm close to you, they usually have it in stock if you don't want to order it.
