How do I get transmission oil out of clothes?

use dawn dish detergent...when hubby has oily, greasy clothes i just add dawn to the washer instead of laundry detergent and use hot water...you can also put them in a sink/bucket with hot water to soak for a bit then wash in dawn in the washer...dawn is good for breaking up oils and oil based products....works better in hot water

it is also good to use on a dog that has been sprayed by a skunk..skunk spray is oil based and dawn will remove most if not all in the 1st bath for a dog...i know this from experience...lolHow do I get transmission oil out of clothes?
THERE IS THIS LIQUID ON THE MARKET CALLED MEAN GREEN IT WORKS GREAT! LET THE CLOTHES SOAK IN THE MEAN GREEN AND WATER OVER NIGHT THEN WASHHow do I get transmission oil out of clothes?
Spray with Greased Lightning and let sit for a day or two. Wash. If it's still there, repeat.
apply some vinegar or lime juice on the stains and then wash them off with your regular washing powder..although not 100 percent but with more washes you ll see those stains fade away.
This might sound a bit crazy but fairy liquid might do the trick as it is fantastic at removing these kind of oils from your hands....
theres no transmission to get oil out of clothes.thers no oil n the clothes if not n use.
